Welcome to Flutterbye Cakes!

My interest in designing wedding cakes started with my own wedding.  After a long search for someone able to do what I had dreamed about I decided to do it myself.  It turned out beautifully and my journey began.  When a friend asked me to design her wedding cake I started to think that this might be something I could do for more that just family and friends. At the same time I was experimenting with gluten free recipes so that our gluten-intolerant friends could have their cake too.    

So begins the saga of Flutterbye Cakes.  A wedding cake designer who caters not only to brides and their dream designs but brides and families with special diets and needs.  I want everyone to enjoy your wedding and be able to share in your special cake.  Sugar-free, Gluten-free, Dairy-free!  As well as a wonderful selection of traditional flavors.
